An initial interview can also take place by phone or online if you have to travel a long way. However, a personal meeting on site is mandatory before hiring – it is important for both sides to get to know each other and gain a direct impression of the future workplace.
Please note that we can only offer limited support with visa or permit processes. Applications therefore require either a valid residence permit or the legal prerequisites for one in Switzerland.
Yes. For new team members, in-house rooms are available for up to six months depending on availability. In addition, we offer furnished studios in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. These are reserved exclusively for employees who have moved from abroad. Such a studio can only be moved into after successfully completing the probationary period.
The regular weekly working time for a 100% position is 42 hours, usually spread over five working days. Regulations on working hours and overtime follow the L-GAV.
Where operationally possible – for example in administrative areas – we offer home office or flexible working hours. Feel free to mention this during the application process.
