Dolder Eisbahn is one of the largest open-air ice rinks in Europe, with 6,000 square metres, and has been a meeting place for ice skating and ice hockey in the city of Zurich for decades. Dolder Wellenbad is set in a natural environment and features a 50-metre pool, children’s and paddling pools, as well as spacious sunbathing and play areas, complemented by an 18-hole minigolf course, yoga meadow, football, volleyball and table tennis. From the 2027 season, the pool will be complemented by a wave system.
Sonne Küsnacht – a boutique hotel with over 350 years of history, directly on Lake Zurich. With 40 individually designed rooms, three restaurants, a bar and diverse event spaces, the 4-star superior hotel combines tradition with modern comfort. An exclusive wellness area with direct lake access as well as numerous leisure options make the property a unique working environment.
The Dolder Waldhaus shaped Zurich’s cityscape for more than 100 years. The hotel is currently closed. Since March 2026, the residential project has been under development. Following the renovation, the building will offer 87 rental apartments in a prime location, with occupancy planned for 2030.
